Founder

Jimmy Coldiron

Jimmy Coldiron founded Coldiron Operations Group after more than three decades in manufacturing leadership roles spanning production, maintenance, logistics, operational excellence, and plant management.

Throughout his career, Jimmy has led large manufacturing operations, developed frontline leadership teams, improved operational performance, and implemented systems designed to create sustainable results. His experience includes leadership responsibilities within Tier 1 automotive manufacturing environments where operational discipline, quality performance, and customer expectations are critical to success.

Unlike many consultants whose experience is limited to advising organizations, Jimmy has spent his career operating manufacturing facilities, leading teams, solving production problems, managing downtime, improving accountability, and developing leaders at every level of the organization.

The Firm

Coldiron Operations Group helps manufacturers implement practical operating systems that improve performance, strengthen leadership, reduce operational instability, and create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Operational Discipline

Stable production systems are built through consistent standards, clear accountability, and measurable performance expectations.

Practical Implementation

Recommendations must work under real manufacturing conditions, with real people, real downtime, and real production pressure.

Measured Improvement

Improvement work should connect directly to plant-floor outcomes: uptime, throughput, quality, delivery, safety, and leadership effectiveness.
